Margin Trading

This is a brokerage account in which the broker lends the customer cash with which to purchase securities. The securities purchased are the collateral for the loan.

However, if the securities purchased in the customer’s account decline in value, so does the value of the collateral supporting the loan, as a result, ICML can take action such as issue a margin call and/or sell the securities in the customer’s account in other to maintain the required equity in the account.

Investment Portfolio Management

ICML would be responsible for managing the portfolio of individuals or institutional investors by reviewing and updating them regularly.
